What is your recruiting process? |
Our process starts with getting to know you, your team, how you work together and your vision for the person you are seaking to joing the team. Understanding the detail is key and we work to streamline the process by effectively idenfifying the candidates that are the best fit, not only for you but also for the candidate, so as to attain the type of win win that results in a long term team member. Once we have built out the vision we work to talk with and bring the best candidates to the table. |
How long does it take for you to produce resumes for me? |
Every search is unique and many positions we work with have very specialized skills. We will work with you to understand your timeline and build the search around the needs you have taking market conditions and the charecteristics of the type of candidate you are looking for into account. Sometimes you need someone tomorrow and sometimes you need to find the right person and have the luxury of time to make it all happen. No two searches are the same. |
Can you keep our name and information confidential? |
Yes! Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our firm. Although we work to protect the names of our clients on all searches it is common that an institution might wish to authorize us to share the bank's name PRIOR to disclosing it to a candidate. We can work with you and follow the procedures at we set out at the onset of the search. |
Do you conduct reference & background checks? |
Due to varying company policies and the regulated nature of the industry we do not offer background checks. This allows you use your policies and procedures to perform the checks per your policies. We are able to perform formal references on request. |
